We report two cases of eccrine angiomatous hamartoma. The first patient, a 4-year-old boy, had a subcutaneous tumor on the right heel since birth. The second patient, a 46-year-old man, had had a salmon-pink subcutaneous tumor on the left heel for one year. Both tumors showed hyperplasia of eccrine sweat glands and adjacent small vessels. In addition, the former had hemosiderin granules and the latter had marked mucin deposition around eccrine sweat glands.
