The heterogeneous distribution of contaminant in enclosed environment is essentially formed by non-uniformity of airflow pattern and maldistribution of contaminant generation source. In this study, we firstly try to apply Net Escape Velocity (NEV) developed by us into contaminant concentration field formation in the presence of chemical reaction in indoor environment. Secondary, we also discuss the impact of Turbulent Schmidt number and the first Damköhler number on contaminant concentration filed. As results of sensitivity analyses, the significant impact of Turbulent Schmidt number setting on ventilation efficiency at a local point was confirmed in terms of the change in NEV values.
