Wiring on stretchable material by agglutination and adhesion of metallic nanoparticle using electrically induced microbubbles

We have succeeded in embedding and adhesion of metal nanoparticles directly on flexible and soft materials such as rubber using plasma and microbubbles. Our method has three novelty points: (1) No requirement of complicated pre-surface treatment before wiring, and which is unlike for conventional wiring method by electroless plating. (2) Resolution reached to several tens µm with short time and low cost. (3) Robust and precise metallic adhesion on wide range material without any masks. Finally, we confirmed the energization of the line we made. This result shows that our method can be a new wiring method.
